Basic Law Foundation is a local think tank that specializes in providing research and education services regarding the Hong Kong Rule of Law, Basic Law and the constitutional system.

在研究方面，基金會以專業、中立的角色，梳理及研究《基本法》，另一方面透過研究社會心態和現況，為公眾及政府提供實際的解決方案。

We provide professional and academic research regarding Hong Kong constitutional development and provide policy advises to the community stakeholders and government.

公眾發聲 Opinions

基金會成員會不定期就著 《 憲法 》、《基本法》、 法學 、 犯罪學、社會發展、本 地及國際政治事件在各個報刊平台發表社評和分析文章。
